Charles David Shipley

Someone recently sent me a copy of the "Ohio Department of Public Safety 1992 Annual Report"  I scanned two photos from it to show you David Shipley.  He died just a few years ago of a brain tumor, as I recall.  His title was "Director".  He was a very handsome man.
